Interesting stuff–oddly, I just heard an interview with Gladwell on the radio this morning.
For some reason, he appears most frequently as a search term for people finding my blog. No idea why. I think I mentioned him once in a post. Now, of course, his traffic will really be zipping my way.
Search terms can be mystifying. One of our most common ones is “chew.” Go figure.
